Scope
This information does not apply to Cloud or CRM On Demand usage as these environments are managed and patched directly by Oracle cloud operations teams. Any downloads needed for Cloud or CRM On Demand are provided directly through the cloud applications themselves and not via My Oracle Support (MOS) or Oracle Technology Network (OTN)
If your organization has both cloud and non-cloud software, you must add a non-cloud CSI to your MOS profile in order to download patches for those on-premise products.
